Crystallization is a natural process and a sign of high-quality, raw honey. To return it to a liquid state, simply place the jar in a bowl of warm water and stir gently.
How long does shipping take?
We typically process orders within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping usually takes 3-5 business days depending on your location within the country.
Do you offer returns if I am not satisfied?
Due to the perishable nature of food products, we cannot accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or if there is an issue with quality, please contact us for a full replacement or refund.
